This is the pre-order for our 2025 Christmas Eve box.

Our special Christmas Eve box is intended to be as a special treat, once all your jobs are done and you finally have a moment to yourself to relax, before the big day itself.

Sarah says....."This year our Christmas Eve box contains contains a gorgeous felt kit inspired by my favourite poem “A Visit from St. Nicholas” by Clement C. Moore, you know the one....

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse....

I have very happy memories of reading this to both Jamie and Poppy when they were younger as their bedtime story on Christmas Eve, just at that moment when you thought they couldn't get any more excited and Andy and I had already accepted that sleep would evade them (and us) for some time to come!

The kit will include eight festive 100% hand sewn felt decorations.....think a sleeping mouse, stockings hung with care, dancing sugar plums ...... and will be perfect for stitching on those precious betwixt days, when time slows down after the hustle and bustle of the previous weeks. For these 100% hand sewn decorations I have chosen the felt colours to compliment our previous Christmas Ornament sets and the decorations will include lots of little hand embroidery details as you would expect from me!

In addition there will be a printed cotton project bag and some surprise 'little happy extras' either designed or chosen by me for you. Wishing you lots of happy stitches, Sarah xo".

Gorgeous wool/rayon felt
A piece of freezer paper.... makes cutting out so much easier!
Beautiful embroidery threads
Natural twine for the hanging loops
8 Rusty tin jingly bells
A printed cotton project bag and a couple of 'Little Happy' extras, these could be one of Sarah's favourite sewing notions that will come in handy to help you complete the project or a little something either designed by or chosen by Sarah just for you!

How much does the box cost?

UK Box Price ~ £105 which includes postage via 1st Class Mail
Channel Island Price ~ £88.33 which excludes UK VAT and includes postage via 1st Class Mail (The price will adjust automatically at checkout)
International Box Price ~ £119.13* see note below

* A special note for our Overseas Customers.....

The box price includes postage via Priority Mail but excludes UK VAT. Please note the listing price will adjust and reduce to this once you have entered your country or residence at checkout.

We will happily post worldwide and we will send your parcel by 'International Tracked' or occasionally 'International Signed' depending on which service is available for your location.

Buyers are responsible for any tax/duty that is due upon receipt of the package. Please remember that UK VAT is automatically deducted from your order at checkout.

We can not also accept responsibilty for International orders that are held up in customs.

Whilst we will carefully wrap your box and it's contents, Customs Officers can and may open packages to spot check the items. Unfortunately, should this occur, it is out of out control and regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for damage to parcels, in this case.

Very occasionally we are unable to post to an International destination due to Sanctions or regulations, the postal service not being available or because of previous problems that we have experienced. If this were to occur then we would advise you at the earliest opportunity and provide you with a full refund. This sadly does include the EU and Northern Ireland, as a result of the new GPSR regulations.

When will I receive my box?

Our plan is to post the boxes by the end of October, earlier if we can*.... but in plenty of time for Christmas.....so just remember, no peeking is allowed and don't forget where you hide them!

*If you are away on holiday from say September onwards, please add a note at checkout or pop us an email, so that we can potentially prevent your box from arriving whilst you are away.

FINALLY, BEFORE PURCHASING THIS LISTING PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

We are a small family business and to ensure that we can prepare and post your box as promised, we order ALL the supplies required in advance, based upon your commitment when you purchase this pre-order. We therefore politely ask that you make absolutely certain that you wish to commit prior to purchasing this listing.

Should you need to cancel your box, please note that a £25 admin fee will be taken (if cancelled by 15th September 2025). Orders cancelled after the 15th September 2025 will only be eligible for a refund once we have resold your box, minus a £25 admin fee.

We regret, the Christmas Eve Box cannot be shipped with any other items, shop orders or other Subscription/Block of the Month parcels, we're sorry for any inconvenience!
